On occasion, volunteers from the American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter are available to staff informational tables at health fairs or similar public awareness events. If you are interested in having a Red Cross representative or printed materials at your upcoming event, please follow the steps below to file a request.

All requests will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a Red Cross representative within 2-3 business days. Due to the high number of requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be filled. However, the Red Cross will work with you to best meet your needs.

To allow enough time for staffing, requests should be submitted with a 4-6 week advance notice. If your event is sooner, you may still submit a request, but we cannot guarantee representatives will be available. If Red Cross representatives are unavailable, we encourage you to print and use our brochure, “An Overview of All We Do" or any other free publications available in the community resources library.  You can also use the interactive "Be Red Cross Ready" presentation.
