Michael W. Newport, chairman of the board for the local Red Cross chapter, will emcee the event.  Joseph C. White, chief executive officer of the St. Louis Area Chapter, will be the featured speaker and Bob Peters, chairman of volunteers, will present awards.

The public is invited to attend the luncheon by calling 636-946-6884 by January 23.  The cost is $12 per person.
