Back ST. LOUIS (June 27, 2002) - American Red Cross disaster volunteers are helping victims of this morning's 19-unit apartment fire at the Pavilion Apartments in Maryland Heights. Red Cross volunteers responded to the blaze early this morning at approximately 5:30 a.m. The Red Cross has provided cots, blankets and comfort kits filled with personal care accessories to displaced residents. All affected families have been relocated by apartment management to unoccupied units. Any resident needing assistance from the fire should contact the Red Cross at (314) 286-8200. All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people.
