
Donation will support emergency services, including food and shelter

Monsanto Company has pledged $100,000 to support Red Cross relief efforts following last night's severe winter storms and subsequent power outages in Missouri and Illinois. The donation to the American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter will help provide critical food and shelter to people whose homes were damaged or who lost power in the storm.
"We are extremely grateful to Monsanto Company for its generous contribution to help the people of Missouri and Illinois overcome this terrible storm," said Joseph C. White, CEO of the St. Louis Area Chapter.
