Lifesavers range from sisters and teenagers to a teacher and a firefighter
WHAT: The American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter will feature six stories of heroism during a Lifesaver Award ceremony at Chapter Headquarters. The event is designed to recognize local residents for developing skills through training and then reaching out to save a life. A variety of citizens from all walks of life will receive honors – from sisters and teenagers to a teacher and an off-duty firefighter. In addition to these heroes, several of the people whose lives were saved will also attend.
