Respond to Two St. Louis House Fires
Volunteers provide assistance on the scene; caseworkers to support recovery effort
St. Louis, Thursday, April 17, 2008 – Disaster Action Teams from the American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter responded to two St. Louis house fires on Wednesday, April 16.
One of the fires was an apartment duplex on the 16000 block of Halston in Chesterfield. The other fire occurred on the 5600 block of North Magnolia in St. Louis. Red Cross volunteers provided support for emergency personnel, and emergency assistance for a total of six adults and four children.
