A Disaster Action Team from the Metro East Service Center of the American Red Cross St. Louis Area Chapter responded to a house that blew up in Belleville, Ill., this morning.
The incident occurred on the 1300 block of Archard Street in Belleville. A vacant house next to it was severely damaged and another nearby home occupied by one adult was affected. Red Cross volunteers were on the scene to support emergency personnel and to provide emergency disaster assistance to three adults and one child.
