An air conditioning outage and high temperatures forced the evacuation of a high-rise residential building for seniors in the 700-block of Westgate in University City on Tuesday afternoon. The St. Louis Area Chapter is providing lunch, dinner and refreshments for residents while they wait to return to their homes.
